Returns Policy

Kent Paper & Packaging will offer you a refund provided that:

• The items are returned within 28 days of delivery.
• The original tax invoice is included with the returned item.
• The item is in a re-saleable condition. This means it must be in its original packaging unopened, unused and in its original condition.
• Items can still be returned if they are faulty or do not match the customer’s order. Conditions about the re-saleable conditions still apply.
• Kent Paper will not refund the freight costs under any circumstances.
• Freight charges for returns must be paid by the customer. Any returns arriving COD will not be accepted.
• If Kent Paper & Packaging is not satisfied that these conditions are met, we reserve the right not to offer a refund
