This GPS Tracker is Mini Waterproof Tracker and easy to use with ACC detect ignition, the Quality and Stability are better.
About main power off alarm,it means when GPS tracker disconnect the car battery,device will send SMS alarm, which is very useful if the thief tries to disconnect GPS tracker and steal the car.(this function just works with built battery device).
The Mini GPS Tracker have ACC detect ignition(orange wire),if you don't need it, then disconnect orange, the tracker still works.
Before you using the online platform, please set the server IP, Port and APN(Access Point Name) of your SIM card by SMS command.
If your sim card has PIN code(the tracker can not read SIM card), please unlock the sim card on your mobile phone.

Warranty & Returns Policy

All products from BetterHome come with a 12-month warranty. The warranty does not extend to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyers part.

Please contact us to return the defective items for exchange during the warranty period. We will provide a Returned Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) for each item that needs returning. We do not accept the returns without first requesting an RMA number.

The items should be returned with our original packaging. The defective products must be returned within 30 days from the RMA issuing date. Otherwise, no replacement or exchange will be made. The buyers must contact us for the return address for all return products.

Only partial refund will be completed upon receipt of the returned item if the return is a result of buyer's error. We cannot offer free shipping for the buyers who placed the incorrect order. The buyers are responsible for all the actual shipping cost.

In all cases, the return shipping fees are at buyers own cost to return the items for the exchange or the refund. We are responsible for the postage of the replacements.
