2013 Behind the 8 Ball Shiraz
Tasting Notes:
Lifted aromas of fleshy ripe red currants, cherries, spice and mild pepper. Soft and inviting fruits of plum, red currant and ripe berries with undertones of subtle oak and lingering tannins. Silky in texture this wine has well integrated oak and natural acid giving it a soft elegant finish.
Food Pairing:
Leaner red meat, stew, mildly spicy curry, beef brisket, BBQ Texas style baby back ribs or slow cooked lamb shoulder is a perfect accompaniment to Shiraz.
