Finding good Pinot Noir is difficult enough. Finding affordable Pinot Noir that offers good drinking is a great challenge. Don’t look further, grab them while you can!
Tasting Notes:
The cool climate and rich loamy soils of the Mornington Peninsula provide the perfect foundation for the cultivation of Pinot Noir grapes.
This wine is deep burgundy in color and offers delicate aromas of forest fruits with overtones of dark plums. A gentle tannin structure with balanced acidity.
Food Pairing:
Pinot Noir pairs well with a wide range of foods—fruitier versions make a great match with salmon or other fatty fish, roasted chicken or pasta dishes; bigger, more tannic Pinots are ideal with duck and other game birds, casseroles or, of course, stews like beef bourguignon.
