A pale and brilliant dry sparkling wine with fine and persistent bubbles, a delicately fruity nose, and a fresh and harmonious palate. Light gold with faint lemon hues. An aromatic nose showing fruit with fresh spring flowers. Apples and pears lead with citrus and herbs. Slightly creamy viscosity with a nice persistent finish.

Pairs well with shrimp and shellfish, smoked salmon, caviar, fried calamari, and oysters.
