The Albatross LiFePO4 LI-ion Battery Pack is designed to fit any 12V motorised buggy. Recommended for up to 250 watt trolleys. This golf buggy battery is a lot lighter and smaller than other Lead Gel batteries, just 2.2 kg and the Lithium battery lasts much longer than Lead acid batteries up to 10 x longer so saves money over the lifetime of the battery. I bought 2 of these Lithium 16ah golf buggy batteries for powering my 12vdc Watersnake 24lb Kayak motor, I estimated that 1 of these batteries may not last very long, but, have been pleasantly surprised, the quality of these battery pack is outstanding, the density of power is quite amazing, I was on the lake Kayak fishing/ slow trolling for over 3 hours, and was still using the first battery with lots of range still left in it, I reckon that the two battery packs would provide my electric trolling motor enough range to stay out trolling the entire day. I weighed the options of buying one large lithium 30+ ah batery, as opposed to 2 x 16ah Packs, and opted for the two, thinking that if one fails or drains whilst out on the lake, I would switch to the second to get me back to shore. Also, having 2 x charges provides a spare in case of failure, but, the excelent quality and protection circuits built into the BMS of these units, gives me great confidence of durability and long service life. I am extremely happy with these battery packs, they are nicely protected by a smart cover/carry pouch, the connections are excelent and sturdy, the build quality first class. I am considering buying a couple of the same type 24ah units for out Ally boat trolling motor. Highly recommended. Cheers Steve

So far not a problem other than having to change the Anderson connectors upon purchase, which turned out not so difficult to do.
