Unfortunately we cannot guarantee door to door delivery for every area for this item. Deliveries to rural areas and towns may require the goods to be collected from the nearest freight depot. If the receiver is unable to accept the goods on the day of delivery a contact card will be left for them to call the nearest freight depot for collection.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note for change of mind or wrong product purchased returns, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
For change of mind returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For returns due to our fault, we will supply you with a return label so you don’t have to pay for return postage.
