Getting Started
When turning your iron on, click the power button. The LED light set on the front of your iron will blink until the desired temperature is reached, then stay lit. To cycle through heat settings, click the power button.
1 Light - 300° F
2 Lights - 325° F
3 Lights - 350° F
4 Lights - 375° F
5 Lights - 400° F
Once your iron has reached your desired setting, the lights will stay lit until you turn it off. To turn your iron off, click and hold the power button for 2-3 seconds.

Question: I have naturally wavy/curly hair. Do I need to dry it smooth before using it?
Can it dry naturally and then use this to straighten or curl?
Answer: Definitely works on naturally curly hair! You don't have to straighten or blow dry smooth before curling because the iron smooths as it curls!
Question: How does this compare with a curling iron when one has straight hair?
Answer: The technique curling with the iron is different from that of a traditional curling iron. It is this difference that will allow you to: curl your entire head of hair quicker, create multiple curls with one device and create curls that last much longer.

In the rare case that a product becomes faulty or a buyer receives a product with defects, buyers are entitled to request for a product replacement within 60 days of purchase.

Our Plans are offered as an optional addition to customers upon their purchase of applicable physical goods from Smart Living Box official sites.
Under these plans, we cover any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the protection period. The protection period commences from the date of purchase. The protection period varies depending on the period selected and purchased by the customer.
We will replace, at no charge, the product or part of the product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance, during the protection period. Should replacement of products or parts of a product become unavailable, we may refund the customer an amount not exceeding the amount paid by the customer for the Plan. We reserve the right to final decision upon dispute.
