The 2-watt 12 Volt DC Pilot Dimmable LED Filament Light Bulbs (E14/Small Edison Screw Configuration) in warm white 2700K by LiquidLEDs. It's a compact and functional bulb that creates atmosphere and mood just like a candle bulb. It’s low heat output with a power-saving lighting solution aimed at replacing 15-watt incandescent bulbs.

The 2-watt Pilot Dimmable LED Filament Bulb (E14) boasts superb energy-efficiency, generating 180 lumens of light for a mere 2 watts, providing up to 87 per cent in energy savings compared to 15-watt incandescent light bulbs.

WARRANTY POLICY

LiquidLEDs offers a Back to Base Warranty on your Product subject to the following conditions. LiquidLEDs warrants that all Product manufactured by LiquidLEDs Lighting will be free from any defect in materials or workmanship for two (2) years after your Purchase Date. At its discretion, LiquidLEDs will either repair or replace your Product, if it is found on inspection by LiquidLEDs or a Service Agent to have any such defect within the relevant warranty period. You will be required to pay the cost of delivering your Product to and collecting your Product from LiquidLEDs (or a Service Agent).

LiquidLEDs will not be liable for any consequential loss or damage claimed to arise from your use of the Product. In particular (but without limitation) LiquidLEDs will not be liable for actual or expected revenue loss or for any corruption or loss of data claimed to arise from your use of the Product.

This Warranty will not apply if any of the following events occur in relation to your product during the applicable warranty period stated above:

  • A Product’s serial number or any rating label is removed or changed in any way;
  • A Product is serviced or repaired by anyone other than a Service Agent;
  • You use a Product contrary to the technical or operating environment guidelines recommended in the LiquidLEDs user guide, manual or LiquidLEDs website;
  • A component part of your Product reaches the end of its service life; or
  • A Product’s malfunction or failure to perform according to LiquidLEDs specifications results from:
    • Deliberate or accidental damage;
    • Neglect or modification by or on behalf of an End User;
    • The use of incorrect voltage or a power surge; or
    • The use of non-Genuine Consumables, software, replacement parts or accessories.
    • Corrosion and surface scratches
    • Fading or discolouration of surface or finish
    • Liquid ingression
    • Improper maintenance
    • Improper use

 

RETURNS POLICY

We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason a LiquidLEDs customer is unsatisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 30 days of taking delivery, and organise to return the product and receive a refund of the purchase price excluding the associated Delivery Cost. If items were ordered under “Free Shipping” promotions, the customer will be charged $8.95 for orders below $50 and $10.95 for orders above $50.

Except for defects existing on delivery to you, returned products must be in unblemished condition, with full functionality and including all the original materials found in the product packaging (boxes, etc.) If a product is returned in less than like-new condition, LiquidLEDs will charge you a 20% restocking fee, plus any labour and materials required to repair or replace the product or packaging to a like-new condition.
