Alejandro is a range of varietal wines inspired by the sun beaten soils of Southern Spain and the dark, fruit driven wines served with Tapas cuisine. The climate where we produce a number of varieties complimentary to our production of olives, figs, citrus, potato and poultry - all things Tapas

The 2017 Alejandro Prosecco is the color of pale green straw. The Prosecco is lightly but uniquely aromatic.  A dry wine but enough sugar to fill the palate, the wine can be consumed as an aperitif or a session wine.
