      • Melbourne = up to 2 business days.
      • Rest of Victoria = 2 to 5 business days.
      • Metros outside Victoria = 3 to 6 business days.

    Order Cancellations - Prior to Packaging

    • We can cancel your order and issue a full refund including shipping, up until it has been packaged for delivery.
    • We may package your order within minutes of receiving your order, therefore please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

    Order Cancellations - After Packaging

    • After packaging, we can cancel your order and issue a refund for the purchase price, however we likely cannot refund the shipping cost.
    • Because we use typically use prepaid satchels, once we've sealed the satchel they can't be used again.
    • This applies even if you did not pay for shipping during checkout.

    Order Returns - Unopened Boxes

    • If you have an unopened item, you can return it for a refund of the purchase price, less our shipping cost (even if shipping was free).

    Damaged Items

    • Works really well! I use it whenever I don't finish a bottle of wine and not sure when I'll get to it again. You just spray a little in the bottle and keeps the wine fresh for a week or so. Highly recommended.
