I have ordered three of these pumps so far they are excellent value for money, unfortunately when the second order was delivered the handle on one pump was broken in transit. I contacted The company and they are delivering a replacement pump, I was very pleased and happy with the response, just waiting for my next delivery of the replacement pump expected this coming week
