Warranty Policy
All our products come with a 12 month warranty. The warranty cover does not include for damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect and lack of maintenance, usual wear and tear, natural disaster or any other external causes.
Returns Policy
If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or offer a full refund. Please contact us if there is a problem with your item.
We will happily exchange your order within 30 days from the date of purchase providing:
Due to Government Health Regulations, white goods such as Quilts, Protectors, Pillows, Toppers, Underlays and etc. are not able to be returned for change of mind purchases.
Kindly note that management reserve the right to refuse any exchange if these terms are not adhered to. At our discretion a restocking fee of 20% may be applied to items which have been opened.
