1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

Sun lounges were exactly as described on the website. Ordering was easy and delivery fast. Very happy with the entire transaction.

Extremely happy with product, used often. Happy with tracking, delivery went fine. Only received 1 waterproof cover, not sure if that's normal. Missed out on a few other items, which are now sold out. So I shall not hesitate in future.

Was worried when only one box turned up, half the side table was in the box I received.. second box turned up the next day :) happy... unpacked both boxes and spent maybe an hour assembling it all.. and boom!! So happy with my purchase, very good quality - exactly as advertised.
