We received the two Keter Urban Bloomer Raised Garden Planter 48Ls and found one was damaged by the courier. My Deal rang me back after I put in a complaint and I also sent photos of the damage. My Deal rang me about 1 week later and said they would send a replacement planter to me. Some weeks later I still have not received the replacement planter
