  2. Organize the return shipment to the sender.

  3. Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.

  4. If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.

  5. If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.

Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.

For damaged items in transit:

While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.

  • Solid timber, nicely made only small but perfect for the space I have available.

  • It is smaller than we thought at least it came assembled

  • Pleased we only had to install the handles but at 54cm high this nightstand is shorter than most.

  • I am extremely happy with my purchase as I only had to put the drawer handles on, and it was done. No infuriating putting together which takes forever, and usually nothing fits properly anyway. Very good value for the price and matches my existing bedhead and chest of drawers.
