This three set of resistance bands can be used on their own or combined together to allow for any level of resistance or assistance between 15 and 185 lbs. This accommodates gradual increases in your strength and allows you to do drop sets - i.e. doing a set of pull ups with just the Robust band until you cannot do any more reps and then adding the Heavy band to push out a few more reps.

This band's light weight and low tension is suitable for general core conditioning, rehabilitation, speed training, jumping, stretching, aerobics, yoga, and as assistance for body weight exercises. Widely used as aerobic bands, this band is good for beginners and those looking for lightweight resistance.
2 - LIGHT-MEDIUM RESISTANCE LOOP BAND - COLOUR BLACK
Measures 41" Long, 0.9" Wide
Equivalent resistance 25-65 lbs
This is probably the most versatile band we offer as it can be used for a whole spectrum of mid-high level resistance exercises. Widely used as general strength training bands, pilates, and explosive training bands.
3 - MEDIUM RESISTANCE LOOP BAND - COLOUR PURPLE
Measures 41" Long, 1.14" Wide
Equivalent resistance 35-85 lbs
This band is often used to lightly assist pull ups. This is a great middle ground band for general strength training.

If a product is deemed undeliverable due to you providing an incorrect address, not picking the item up or not being at your residence the reshipping fee will be charged. If not paid
the items are destroyed and no refund is given.
Change of Mind Returns
An image of the shipping label and evidence of the issue must be submitted.
1. Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with all included accessories and be in new condition suitable for resale.
2. You must have returned the product within 7 days of taking delivery of your product.
3. The product cannot have been used, as this makes the product a second-hand item.
4. A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the refund.
5. The product must not have been damaged during the time the product is in your possession, including up until we receive the product.
6. Your item must be returned to the originating warehouse, of which we will provide the address.
7. The original sealed packages or boxes were sealed and undamaged.
Refunds are not given until the product is returned and inspected.
The buyer pays for the return postage if the return is due to a change of mind.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
