Organize the return shipment to the sender.
Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.
Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.
For damaged items in transit:
While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.

I really like these pots. They look great. This is my 2nd order. The colour is great and they are not too heavy when they have soil and a plant in place.

I have been looking for some balcony pots and these are perfect. They enhance the colour of the plants and are not heavy so I can carry them too. After seeing them I purchased more as a gift. Very happy with my purchase.
