Returns Policy
For change of mind returns, please contact our customer service for instructions. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your item, we will exchange your product or refund the purchase price less any shipping fees. (Cancelling your order when it is in transit counts as a return.)
You may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. All items must be returned in exact condition including in the original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Warranty Policy
We have strict quality control but sometimes goods arrive to you that are not working as intended. We back everything we sell with a minimum one-year warranty (from sale date) that covers:
defects in manufacturing, and
not being fit for purpose.
And will be voided for things such as:
normal wear and tear
damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, lack of maintenance, carelessness, natural disasters, kids, pets and so on
commercial use of non-commercial equipment (unless allowed by the manufacturer)
modification by an unauthorised person
When returning a product under warranty you can either get your product:
repaired,
replaced, or
refunded
To return a product under warranty, get in contact with our customer service team and they will be happy to help you. We pay for return shipping costs for all genuine warranty returns.

I have not used it for long to be able to make an objective and dependable assessment of the product. I will continue to observed how things go as we use it . I hope it stands the test of time and serves good value for the cost. In any way, it looks good for now but I cannot say how sturdy or durable it may be as it is too early to make such assertion. I am confident of a good outcome.
