BlazeVideo fully stands behind the products we sell. Therefore, all of our products are covered by a one-year warranty starting from the day when the original order was received.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at BlazeVideo, that's why we offer an easy 45-day return & exchange policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 45 days from the delivery date and we will process your return request.

Items must be returned with package tag still attached. Package should not be removed until you are positive that you would like to keep your item. Special order items such as those with custom colors cannot be returned.

• Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns). No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
• Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
• When returning or exchanging items, customers must contact one of our representatives for the return shipping address.
• When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
