Fold Over Elastic is a trim used in many sewing projects not limited to baby headbands, lingerie, hair ties, and cloth nappies. It is 1.6cm wide (unfolded) and it is shiny on the top side and matte underneath. It is made from 90% Nylon and 10% Spandex. It is washing machine safe, and great for dyeing!
