Installation Caution:
1. Measuring the distance between two mounting holes(The distance between the two mounting holes of the fixed ceramic must be in 12-18cm and the front of the ceramic tank cannot be raised)
2. After installing the three-way PE pipe please tightened it and open the angle valve check whether there's any leakage
3. Functional Check: Plug the power and check functional is normal or not(Cleaning and drying functions must be seated before using)

NOTE: There will be 1-5mm measuring deviation due to manual measurement.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

If there is a problem with the item, please contact us once you receive the package.
If the problem with a product is minor, we may provide simple repair instructions to customer, in order to solve the problem we will require the customer to conduct these repairs as a first step before any returns initiated.
If there is a problem of the product,we will provide prepaid label to customer, customer may choose refund or a replacement.
If there is no problem with the product, or for customer reasons (buy by mistake or change of mind), the customer needs to pay postage to return plus 15% of restocking fee of the product price.
Change of mind return is acceptable within 30 days upon delivery receipt.
Items that are not installed by a licensed plumber(or licensed electrician) will not be warranted.
We will not be liable for the cost of installation or removal of any item and the warranty will be voided if damage occurred during or after installation or a damaged or incorrect unit has been installed.
If product has marks, chips or imperfections, missing components or is not what was purchased, and is deemed unacceptable and/or has been damaged in transit, the product should not be installed.
