58mm BLIND FILTER BASKET
This 58mm blind filter is used for back flushing on semi-automatic espresso machines that have a pressure release mechanism. It fits into the group handle in place of the standard filter. Back flushing your coffee machine helps to remove coffee residue which builds up inside of the group head. The blind filter can be used in conjunction with cleaning tablets.
Please ensure that your coffee machine features an appropriate pressure release valve and that the diameter is correct for your coffee machine.
When performing back flush cleaning, remove the regular (single or double) filter out of your portafilter handle and insert the blind filter instead.
Always follow the manufactures cleaning instructions.

RETURNS POLICY
We accept refunds and exchanges for change of mind or incorrect choice or if the item arrives damaged. If the item arrives damaged, we may ask for photo's to be sent to us.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We will replace any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged, providing a claim is made within 24 hours. Confirmation of your claim can be done by email.
Please ensure once you receive your order that you immediately check for any damage and inform us immediately. To return any item for any reason, the customer must arrange for return regular postage by Australia Post. Please obtain tracking details and advise of the the tracking information as soon as your damaged item is sent back to us.

Change of Mind
Our change of mind or incorrect choice policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return for change of mind or incorrect choice, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us for further instructions.
Shipping / Postage
You will be responsible for organising and paying for your own regular shipping/postage costs for returning your item. Shipping/Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping/postage will be deducted from your refund. If the item is damaged in transit and your claim is approved, regular postage/shipping will be refunded.
