Parcels of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot are picked at optimum ripeness off the vineyards around the rich flood plains of Langhorne Creek. 

Deep red purple in colour, a lifted aroma of blackberries with a touch of mocha. The palate is rich and satisfying with wonderful textural mouthfeel, finishing on a note of soft, polished tannins. As with all efforts by lake breeze wines, Bullant over deliveries in quality, exhibiting vibrant fruit flavours and great palate richness. Best consumed with roast lamb or white meat bangers
