The 75g Walk in the Snow Scented Vegetable Candle in 100% vegetable soy wax is made and poured by hand in our Manufacture in Provence France.
The waxes used in our Scented Candles are exclusively vegetable and rigorously selected for their combustion and diffusion qualities. These are heated, mixed, then associated with perfumes from Grasse.
La Cire Vegetale is a wonderful diffusion medium. It reveals the notes of the fragrance with precision.
Our Candles exalt with a natural, precise fragrance as well as great delicacy. The casting and laying of the cotton wick is done manually, Bougie by Bougie. In the continuity of a craftsmanship, the dressing is exclusively made by hand.
This Vegetable Candle delicately perfumes your interior for about 15 hours.

Refunds & Returns:
Our policy regarding refunds & returns is in accordance with the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) which can be found at the following link: https://www.accc.gov.au/
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. We also do not accept order cancellations if you change your mind.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from the sample or description
- doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Please contact us if you have still not received your refund.
Exchanges
In the case of a damaged or defective item, we can resend the same item to you. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
