1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

Was very surprised to receive such a high quality computer/office chair as this. my wife LOVES it and finds it very comfortable and versatile. IM likely going to get one for myself soon. My first assembly. Was easy except it took me a while to figure out how to lengthen the recliner piston which is done by pushing a lever. After that it was a breeze and my next chaor will take half an hour to assemble I didn't buy it for the massage which works for the chair but not the back unless I've connected something wrong. The support staff both via phone and email are excellent and I've already ordered a lounge.
