This is an awesome office/computer chair. I bought the cream one and the wife loves it. I'll be buying a black one for myself. The quality is incredible and the price the best you'll find anywhere but you won't find support anywhere as good as this.

Just put it together. Nice quality. Time will tell about durability. Massage function is cool. 6 modes - hard to tell the diff. 3 intensities. Feels pretty good. Haven't tried the heat yet as it's spring here so the temp is nice. Only downside is parts listing in instructions could be better. I had 2 washers left over and there were groups of same type screws listed as 2 different groups in the instructions. Easy to figure out if you have done similar builds before.

Note: assembly required, involving a certain level of mechanical appreciation as this chair has a second gas strut for the recline feature which contains adjustable parts. Final thoughts: nice computer desk chair for the price & the various massage modes of operation combined with the LCD display remote control do actually work quite well.
