The 8 Watt Opal G125 Natural White (4000K) LED Dimmable Filament Light Globe (E27/Edison Screw Configuration) is an elegant lighting device specifically designed to bear a strong resemblance to the ordinary incandescent light bulb. Closer inspection, however, shows how different this seemingly typical E27-base type light bulb is.

As with all LED lighting products under our Classic collection, the G125 holds multiple LED filaments that have been strategically placed to ensure a wide beam spread. This bulb is a replacement for a 60-watt incandescent bulb.

The 8 Watt Opal G125 Natural White (4000K) E27 LED Filament Globe is perfect for applications such as, but not limited to, residential, commercial, and decorative lighting. The G125 generates a generous total of 900 lumens of illumination, all for just 8 watts of electricity.

What’s more, the Opal G125 LED Filament Globe (E27/Edison Screw Configuration) also boasts a 25000-hour lifespan, dimming feature, CRI 92 and a guarantee of being free of harmful elements like mercury.

WARRANTY POLICY

LiquidLEDs offers a Back to Base Warranty on your Product subject to the following conditions. LiquidLEDs warrants that all Product manufactured by LiquidLEDs Lighting will be free from any defect in materials or workmanship for two (2) years after your Purchase Date. At its discretion, LiquidLEDs will either repair or replace your Product, if it is found on inspection by LiquidLEDs or a Service Agent to have any such defect within the relevant warranty period. You will be required to pay the cost of delivering your Product to and collecting your Product from LiquidLEDs (or a Service Agent).

LiquidLEDs will not be liable for any consequential loss or damage claimed to arise from your use of the Product. In particular (but without limitation) LiquidLEDs will not be liable for actual or expected revenue loss or for any corruption or loss of data claimed to arise from your use of the Product.

This Warranty will not apply if any of the following events occur in relation to your product during the applicable warranty period stated above:

  • A Product’s serial number or any rating label is removed or changed in any way;
  • A Product is serviced or repaired by anyone other than a Service Agent;
  • You use a Product contrary to the technical or operating environment guidelines recommended in the LiquidLEDs user guide, manual or LiquidLEDs website;
  • A component part of your Product reaches the end of its service life; or
  • A Product’s malfunction or failure to perform according to LiquidLEDs specifications results from:
    • Deliberate or accidental damage;
    • Neglect or modification by or on behalf of an End User;
    • The use of incorrect voltage or a power surge; or
    • The use of non-Genuine Consumables, software, replacement parts or accessories.
    • Corrosion and surface scratches
    • Fading or discolouration of surface or finish
    • Liquid ingression
    • Improper maintenance
    • Improper use

 

RETURNS POLICY

We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason a LiquidLEDs customer is unsatisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 30 days of taking delivery, and organise to return the product and receive a refund of the purchase price excluding the associated Delivery Cost. If items were ordered under “Free Shipping” promotions, the customer will be charged $8.95 for orders below $50 and $10.95 for orders above $50.

Except for defects existing on delivery to you, returned products must be in unblemished condition, with full functionality and including all the original materials found in the product packaging (boxes, etc.) If a product is returned in less than like-new condition, LiquidLEDs will charge you a 20% restocking fee, plus any labour and materials required to repair or replace the product or packaging to a like-new condition.
