This shower set includes an 8 inch shower head set with handheld spray and diverter. The shower head is finished with chrome coating for a beautiful glossy surface and it is made of high grade ABS material. The handheld spray comes with a 180' swivel bracket holder and a 1.5m water hose. The built-in diverter allows the user to easily switch between using the rain shower head and the handheld shower spray. These products are 100% system tested and comes with a 5 year warranty and a 6 month warranty on the installation parts'(cartridges, screws, nuts, and etc.)

  • Change of mind returns will not be accepted.
  • To submit a faulty item claim please follow the steps below:
    • Contact Us with your MyDeal Order number photos or video evidence displaying the fault and a detailed description of the problem.

    • If your claim is reported within 10 days of delivery once approved you will receive a prepaid label to return the item. Once the fault is verified we will provide you with a repair or replacement.
    • If your claim is reported after 10 days once your claim is approved you must return the item at your own cost and once inspected you will receive a repair or replacement
    • If the item is returned and not found to be defective a refund will be processed less a restocking fee of 15% of the product price.
