The powder-coated steel frames and the aluminium feet make the table and chairs strong and sturdy, and thanks to their light-weight constructions, all items are easy to move. Thanks to the weather resistant and water proof PE rattan, the dining set is easy to clean. The armrests and table top are made of acacia wood, a tropical hard wood, which is also weather proof.
The thick, soft seat cushions with foam filling are highly comfortable and made of water-repellent polyester. The removable and washable covers are equipped with zippers.
Delivery includes 1 table with acacia top, 8 rattan chairs and 8 removable seat cushions.
Note: We recommend covering the set during rain, snow and frost.

The criteria for 'as-new' condition entail that the item must:

Be unassembled.
Be devoid of any damage.

Have undamaged packaging.
Contain all unopened tools and hardware.

To initiate the return process, follow these steps:

Organize the return shipment to the sender.
Once received, our inspection team will assess the 'as-new' condition.
If confirmed, we will process the refund on the product (excluding postage) and notify you.
If the product is damaged or cannot be restocked, we will process a partial refund and notify you.
Please be aware that returns cannot be made in person at our depot, office, or warehouse facilities.
For damaged items in transit:
While we take precautionary measures in packaging, transit mishandling can still occur. If you observe damage to the protective carton upon delivery, such as dents, holes, or wetness, kindly take photos of the damage, we recommend not accepting the delivery, and contacting us immediately.
