Cook your leg of lamb or shoulder of beef to the exact temperature without removing it from the oven with this programmable meat thermometer. Super easy to use simply set the desired temperature with a rotary switch using the incorporated guide to rare medium or well done. Insert the stainless steel probe attached by a 91cm heat resistant wire into your joint turn on the thermometer and sit back. The programmable meat thermometer will let you know when the meat reaches the correct temperature without you having to do a thing. This useful gadget is great for BBQs or ovens or deep fryers and has a range of 40degC to 232degC. Use the magnet mount or rest on the countertop.
