1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged
5. Please contact our customer service team if you wish to return the goods

It’s the product lve wanted but didn’t know it was a flat pack just doesn’t say on the advertised site would be nice to mention it .

We purchased 3 of these units to hold not only our dvd and cd's but 200 models, It was fantastic to be able to move the shelfs around to suit the size of our items . The assembly was simple with no missing parts.

I am very happy with my purchase. It arrived a lot quicker than I expected and was easy to setup. I had filled the shelves in no time. I wish I had wall space for another one.

Great shelves, bought 3 sets - easy to assemble, even on my own. My only (tiny) grumble, the nutlocks that join the top half of the shelf to the bottom half, one of them broke as I turned it to lock the screw head in place. Never had that happen before, but it doesn't pose too much of a problem to the shelf's integrity.
