We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns for Change of Mind (COM) on our products, provided the below conditions are followed:
1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

We are very happy with this chair! It is good quality and was exactly as described. It was very easy to assemble - just needed the legs attached. It fits beautifully in the study where I use it as a reading chair. Would definately recommend this chair!!

So impressed with these arm chairs. I purchased 2 they arrived very quickly. Packed really well in cardboard boxes. Really impressed with the quality for the price. Don’t be fooled by the description saying dinning arm chairs, while yes you could use them for that purpose they also look great as arm chairs in a lounge room which I have used them for. Easy to assemble, just put the legs on with an Allen key. The fabric might be slightly darker in real life compared to the pictures, but being grey they blend beautifully with other piece of furniture. Other websites carry the same chair but dearer at all other websites I could see. In summary I honestly think you will be surprised how good the arm chairs are……I would definitely buy again after getting my 2 beauties.
