The installation can be done in the double-floor or inside the vehicle and outside.

1、Exhaust pipes must be installed outdoors or outside your vehicle.
2、When connecting fuel line, don't reverse the direction of fuel pump and fuel filter;
3、When installing heater, it must be horizontally with the outlet facing down.
5、When you open the carton, pls check the impeller first, to ensure that it can rotate freely and smoothly. If it cannot rotate freely, you need to use a tool to adjust the gap of impeller.
6、The heater should be directly connected to the power supply to ensure that the battery is above 80A, the power supply current is above 20A, and the voltage is 9.0~14.0V.
7、The intake pipe and exhaust pipe should not be bent too much to keep good ventilation, otherwise heater will be overheated due to bad ventilation.
8、Distance between fuel pump and heater should be 1.5~2m.(Split heater)
1、Fan works firstly, then oil pump starts to work after fan start working for 95s；
2、Heater will continue to run until there has no diesel inside and the temperature has reached safety level When you turn off the heater, Do not disconnect the power supply directly, otherwise it will damage parts；
3、Due to the manual measurement and different measurement methods, please allow 1-3cm deviation；
4、Professional installation is highly recommended；
5、Pls read the manual and additional paper summary carefully before you start to install the diesel heater. Eg, we should use the exhaust pipe in the package, can’t extend it or connect with another exhaust pipe, the reason is the fan has not enough strong power to blow the exhaust air out, There is more and more carbon on glow plug and in chamber. It is not within warranty if you add more exhaust pipes.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Warranty Process:

Parts purchases, consumable components, and accessories ,such diesel heater spare parts,etc. are not covered by our standard warranty once used. If you have an issue with parts or consumable components please contact us to discuss a resolution prior to using the item.

Amazing value. Kit supplied was very complete including a tank. Very happy with it.

Only just installed waited for review. Works well heats 20 ft van in 30mins from 5deg to 20 deg before going into idle mode tested for 10hrs used 1.1 lts diesel value for money. Only one disappointment but current to all Chinese heater exhaust a little noisy on full throttle.
