| Top tips to heat your pizza oven: | Make a castle of dry wood in the centre and light, leave for 15-20 minutes to reach desired temperature, move wood to one side then add your food! To maintain heat of 300°-350°C (ideal for direct cooking eg Pizzas), add one log every 10 minutes. To maintain heat of 200°-250°C (ideal for indirect cooking eg Meat, Veg and Bread), add one log every 15-20 minutes. You can also use the door to reduce temperature (by opening) or increase temperature (by closing). |

Warranty Policy
The BBQ Store offers a 12 month warranty on products used for private household use from the date of purchase (unless noted otherwise). The use of products for commercial purposes qualifies the purchaser to a 3 month warranty period.
