  • Press on the ,quot;Triangle Mark,quot; of the centre button of the peeler and twist it to move the blades around
  • With the centre button in the upright state, the cutting blades can be revolve to the desired set of blades
  • Use the locked blades to peel any fruit or vegetable
  • If the blades need to be selected again, press the ,quot;Triangle Mark,quot; of the centre button and rotate to select the desired set of blades
  • For cleaning, rotate the upper and the lower outer plastic housing to open and remove the inner blade set and wash with a mild detergent, then dry well
