Ancient Minerals Magnesium Goodnight Lotion is fragrance free, does not contain any formaldehyde releasing preservatives, and delivers 3mg melatonin and 25mg elemental magnesium per pump (1 mL). Magnesium has been shown to aid the body to relax, melatonin a naturally occurring hormone known to promote sleep and methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) increases skin permeability and absorption. 

Transdermal magnesium therapy is a fast, safe and effective way of increasing your magnesium levels and has the best absorption rate compared to most oral supplements.
