Even the toughest least expensive cuts of meat can be made tender and delicious with the right technique and the Large Aluminium Meat Tenderiser from D Line is the perfect tool for the job. With one textured side and one flat side flattening and thinning meats for special recipes such as schnitzel is also easily achieved.The meat mallet is made from cast aluminium and is easy to use and clean. Simply lay your cut of meat between sheets of cling wrap or waxed kitchen paper then hit the meat evenly all over flipping over and repeating on the other side. This process will soften the connective tissues of the meat resulting in meat that is easier to chew and enjoy. Note Image shows the sizes of the meat tenderiser and is not 2 pieces.
