CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Remove straps, hold the bottle and keep one hand on the velcro while removing the purse gently, wash inside with warm water. Air dry before re-attaching straps and purse. 
Take your AquaPurse to the gym, work, club, bar… you’re ready to SLAY. Withstands temperatures up to 50 degrees Celsius (120F) (Not suitable for dishwasher or carbonated drinks). To wash the inside of the bottle, use a small amount of white vinegar and water and shake around with the lid on.

How can I clean my AquaPurse?

  • Firstly remove the strap and purse. Then a great way to clean the inside of the AquaPurse is using vinegar (1 part vinegar and 4 parts water) or bottle cleaning tablets from your pharmacy. Do not clean your AquaPurse within your dishwasher as the AquaPurse is rated to 50 degrees Celsius.

How do I remove my purse from the bottle?

  • Remove the straps first then hold the bottle down flat and keep one hand on the bottle while gently pulling the purse away from the velcro ends. Do ever so gently and its removed!

Can I put hot liquid in the AquaPurse?

  • As with most BPA-free plastic bottle it's not ideal to put hot liquids in the bottle but they can withstand temperatures of up to 50 degrees Celsius (120°F). Please do not put in the dishwasher or put carbonated drinks in there.

If your product is faulty or damaged in transit, AquaPurse will repair or replace your product as necessary, free of charge. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Please contact us with your order number and photographs of the faulty product. Refunds will be solely at the discretion of AquaPurse.

RECEIVING A REFUND

You will have your refund credited to the original payment & purchase method. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. 

Typical refund scenarios that will not be accepted include:

  • If you have entered the wrong shipping address, unfortunately we cannot offer a replacement, nor redirect your item/s.
  • Your request for a refund due to the AquaPurse not being made of the material that you expected.
  • New bottle smell upon receiving your item/s.
  • If you have selected the wrong colour or design.
  • Damaged experienced to your item/s incurred by the user.
