Delivery note: The Aria table will be delivered to the ground floor or front door location only, and may arrive on a sturdy wooden pallet. Kindly be advised that any rubbish and pallet disposal will be the responsibility of the customer. We take pride in delivering your Aria furniture in perfect condition, and we appreciate your cooperation in ensuring its safe and timely arrival to you.
WARRANTY POLICY
Our warranty policy covers the replacement or repair of any good supplied by Living by Design that has a defect. It does not include defects that arise as the result of normal wear and tear, or which are a natural characteristic of the material used to produce the good. Products used for commercial purposes are not covered.
This Warranty does not apply to any good that has been sold as seconds, floorstock, goods that are repaired, or goods that have a defect where this has been drawn to the your attention before the purchase of the good. Further exclusions from this Warranty apply in relation to:
RETURNS POLICY
We offer a 7 days change of mind return policy. All return delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer. All items must be returned in the original condition. If the item is not returned in the original packaging, a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied.
