For the lower back or glutes start in a sitting position or for calfs or thighs try either sitting or lying on the floor and gently roll the ball around. For shoulder and high back areas place the ball between your back and a wall. For the neck roll the ball around between your neck and open palm.

Returns will attract a minimum 20% restocking fee to cover costs. Shipping Fees will not be refunded. Where the item was offered with Free shipping, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted the final amount returned. The cost of return shipping will be born by the customer.
