1. COM is applicable for products shipped with Australia Post only
2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods
3. The product must be sealed, unused and in its original packaging
4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

Chair is very comfortable to work in all day, gives great back support as is well built, even putting it together was no issue, everything went together smoothly which is more than I can say with other similar products I have purchased in the past from different flat pack manufacturers.
