2. We must be informed about COM within 14 days of receiving the goods

4. For COM, a 15% re-stocking and applicable freight fees will be charged

Delivery guy did not call me prior delivery. Therefore I missed first delivery in 14/12/2020. Finally I received it on 11/01/2021, which is almost one month later. I highly suggest you to choose a good freight company for your business.
