There are no limits to the places your child's imagination can go with this beautiful Asher Cubby House. It’s large front and side perspex windows enable a wonderful space for interactive and creative play.

The top plaque allows for personalisation, whether it be your child's name or shop front; it can be dressed up to be a café, retail store or simply a place to support your child's independence, imaginary fun & play.

It’s made from durable Fir Wood Timber, comes in prefabricated panels and can be erected by 1 – 2 people in approx. 1 hour, all you need is a powered screw driver & follow the instructions provided with kit.

MAIN FEATURES

• Due to the flat-packed nature of this cubby, it can be disassembled & moved if you move house

• Cubby House Floor/Base. We strongly suggest that ‘Asher’ be fixed on a timber joist marine plywood floor or concrete/paved 100% level floor

Asher Cubby House must be erected on a solid, 100% level surface

Delivery: We can deliver "Asher' to your door Australia wide*. Alternatively it can be picked up from our warehouse in Melbourne (Laverton North), VIC.

*If you would like Asher delivered, due to the size and weight of this item, customers must have 1 capable person available at home at the time of delivery to assist delivery driver with over-sized cartons. If Capable person cannot be available, please contact us to check if our courier service can provide additional assistance for an additional fee* (*only available in some locations). For Melbourne Metro areas, the additional delivery fee can be up to $100 or more for other locations. Delivery by our Courier is to front door only.

Please note: Asher Cubby House is supplied unpainted and has been painted in photos for display purposes only. We can provide Duluxe colours used upon request.

Assembly timeframe is an estimated time frame and does not include painting time or time needed for preparation of base or final steps to silicon joins. Due to gaps at hinge walls on window and door openings, this cubby house is not 100% waterproof, therefore we do suggest checking and maintaining your cubby, especially during the wetter months.

*We recommend external and internal painting of your Cubby either prior to assembly or within 1-2 weeks of assembly to minimise timber movement and deterioration of timber due to exposure to weather elements. Due to the nature of this timber structure, some allowance for expansion and contraction of timber in differing weather elements must be accepted.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the maintenance of the cubby in such cases. Storage of un-assembled Product must be either vertically upright or horizontal on flat level surface and not exposed to weather elements.
