Excellent. Good size, not too big, chill container first and works quicker. Have made both ice cream and berry sorbet.

Luv luv my new Ice Cream Maker, very efficient machine makes Ice Cream in 30-40 min depending how cold your mix is. I made 1.5lt vanilla bean egg custard as a base. then made coffee, cookies and cream, salted caramel and vanilla bean ice cream in one afternoon and they were all delicious.

Since we bought this Ice Cream Maker we haven`t stopped enjoying sorbet ice cream by the bucket load.It`s a brilliant little machine there is no better way to organically use up all the extra fruit in our house, that would otherwise go to waste. Highly recommend it Len & Liz
