We looked all over for a white change table that fit our relatively small nursery and didn't break the bank and were a bit skeptical of buying furniture online without being able to see the material. We couldn't be happier with this purchase, it looks great and fits in perfectly with our white cot and desk. Shipping - I can't remember off the top of my head but it was definitely less than a week to Sydney metro. The delivery guy was professional and wheeled it all into the front door so I didn't have to try to manoeuvre it myself which would have been pretty challenging given the weight and being 6 months pregnant. Quality - At this price-point we expected it to be made out of the ikea-type plastic but it's much nicer than that- a clean, glossy finish that wipes down easily. I didn't realise that the shelves inside the cupboard on the right pull out as well for easy access so that was a nice surprise. Design - Good, practical and plenty of space given that it's a relatively small unit. One improvement would be to remove the small blocks in the corner of the inside drawers so you can put dividers flush up against the edges. Assembly - This is a bit tough, it took us a few hours and my husband is an engineer with fairly good assembly skills. I would definitely recommend having a drill and some of the pictures in the instructions don't quite match what you have to do in reality but we got there in the end. Customer service - We received our shipment with 1 hinge missing, reached out to customer service and had an email response in less than 5 minutes (at 10pm!!) apologising and saying that they would get one shipped out to us. We received the replacement part within 3 working days and could finish the assembly. It was such a fast and easy solution to what could have been a lengthy process so I really have to commend the company on that. Overall we were really happy with the product, shipping time & customer service especially given that this is a fairly inexpensive item, we'll be shopping here again.

Great, compact unit, i am happy with it, unfortunately the quality wasn't the standard i would have liked. The chipwood reminds me of ikea and putting it together it's that easy either. Be nice for it to be delivered assembled.
