5yr warranty
This Product is guaranteed for a period of five years against faulty workmanship and/or raw materials for normal office use - i.e. 8 working hours per day.

Shipping Details

  • Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery
  • IMPORTANT: Please request a freight quote if you are ordering more than one of this item as combined shipping rates may be available
  • Note: Delivery is to the ground floor only, however in most cases the driver is happy to deliver to a higher floor, provided that the building has a lift and the lift fits the product(s)
  • IMPORTANT: This product cannot be delivered to NT, WA or TAS
  • We ship across Australia, including major cities like: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra, Newcastle and the Gold Coast

WARRANTY POLICY

Terms, conditions and time period for warranty vary for each item - please refer to the product listing. JasonL products are guaranteed against faulty workmanship and/or raw materials for normal office use (i.e. 8 working hours per day). 

RETURNS POLICY

At JasonL, our policy is simple. If you are not 100% satisfied with your furniture purchase within the first 14 days, we promise to refund you, less the price of shipping and handling (provided the product is undamaged and not custom built for you). 

N.B. This can only occur if the furniture has NOT been assembled and is returned in its original packaging.

A full refund cannot be provided if:

  1. Item is assembled
  2. Original packaging has been discarded
  3. Item is returned damaged.

If one of the above occurs, a restocking fee of 25% plus the return postage will be charged and deducted off the refund total.

NOTE: Jason L management reserves the right to refuse refunds
