Back in the 20s, a new era of entertainment had emerged. It was dangerous, it was deadly, it would change the civil aviation for ever and it was called Barnstorming. After WW1, 100s of surplus biplanes were sold to the general public, and that’s how Barnstorming was born. Wing walkers, flying circuses, loop-the-loops, barrel rolls, even games of tennis were played whilst zipping around hundreds of feet above the ground to the cheers of an adoring crowd. This propeller is a replica of the very ones that launched the public’s love of flight sky high back in yesteryear. It’s hand-crafted and made of solid pine wood with a French distressed honey finish.
