We created the Trilogy Beard Kit to ensure you have everything you need in order to maintain your beard grooming routine day to day. The Trilogy Beard kit includes our Original Beard Oil, Original Beard Balm and our Beard Wash, making it the perfect gift for yourself or someone else.
1 x Original Beard Oil: 30ml/1oz Original Beard Oil
1 x Original Beard Balm: 50g Original Beard Balm
1 x Original Beard Wash: 100ml original Beard Wash -(Choose your scent between Rugged, Brawny or Staunch)
Original Beard Oil
Place 4-6 drops of Original Beard Oil in palm of hand. Rub into hands and massage upward into the beard and skin, making sure you get under your chin and cheeks. To finish groom beard down ind style as usual.
Original Beard Balm
Use Hair Styling Powder on Damp/Dry hair. Shake 4-6 times directly over hair to cover entire head. Work through hair from root to tip. To finish, style hair as usual or repeat for stronger textured hold.
Original Beard Wash
Apply small hand full of Beard Wash to the beard and rinse.Repeat for a silky soft, clean beard. Use daily or as needed. Can also be used a s an all over body wash.
Notes Delivery times will vary depending on your destination. All deliveries are handled by Australia Post eParcel. All orders will have a tracking number which can be traced via auspost website. Please note that all deliveries require a signature on delivery and will be taken to your local Post Office for collection if no one is available to sign. Please ensure there is someone available to sign or alternatively, its best to get your order delivered to a work address if you are not home during business hours. Generally, orders are posted on the same day it is received, provided it is placed before 4pm (AEST), Monday to Friday.
Returns Policy
If for some reason you purchased one of our products and its not exactly what you were after. You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund on the purchase price. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item.)
If you request a refund due to changing your mind, there will be a $25.00AUD restocking fee.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Please include your shipping number/ packing slip so we know its your order. Otherwise no refund can be given
Damaged or Faulty Products
If there is a problem with any of the items received for your order then the The Bearded Chap Customer Support team is available to help you.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If you have received an item that is incorrect, damaged or faulty please contact us as soon as possible from the time the delivery was made. The Bearded Chap will require evidence of the issue and may require you to return the item for assessment.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world to make sure your beard is well maintained!
If you spend $85 AUD or more within Australia, you will receive free shipping.
If you spend $135 AUD or more for international orders, you will received free shipping.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg.
