Simply contact us to let us know and one of our friendly staff will assist you. Once we receive the item(s) back at our warehouse, we will then refund the full product cost back to you. Return requests must be lodged with The Grit Customer Service within 30 days of purchase.
Please package the item to be returned in its original unopened brand new condition, ready to be put back on the shelf.
Any shipping costs incurred are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed by The Grit within 48 hours of receiving the item at our warehouse.
All refund claims made within the 30 day period will be issued in the method by which they were paid.
